Methanol (Wood Alcohol)
Methanol is a colorless, flammable liquid with various uses, including:

• Fuel: Used in some racing cars and blended with gasoline.
• Antifreeze: Lowers freezing points in de-icing solutions.
• Solvent: Found in paints, coatings, and adhesives.
• Chemical Feedstock: Used to produce formaldehyde and acetic acid.

Note: Methanol is toxic and should be handled with care.
