Instruction for Use:

• Step 1: Mix 10-15% of Excarbonite 222 Powder in DI water
• Step 2: Heat up at least 40°C and operate between 40-70°C (104-158°F)
• Ultrasonics of bath agitation improve performances significantly
• The kinetic reactions are very fast: beginning with min. 40°C/104°F the stripping ratio can be doubled by temperature increase of only 15°C/59°F to max. 70°C/158°F
• The bath must be placed under a hood or in a machine equipped with an air extractor
• Loss of liquid due to evaporation can be balanced by adding fresh DI water
• The mixture must be disposed of as hazardous waste
